You don’t have to lose yourself to your purpose.

The concept of alignment, not balance, can help us thrive personally while contributing in entirely new ways.

I invite individuals, teams, and organizations to reimagine and redefine their relationship with their purpose, work, and life.

My mission is to help support and partner with people who are working towards a more equitable, just, peaceful, and sustainable world that works for everyone. By redefining our relationship with our work and embracing alignment, it’s possible to thrive as individuals while still contributing to our purpose. It doesn’t have to be either/or. It can be both at the same time.

I’ll show you how.

I see you, beautiful human. I get you. I am you.

I know firsthand what it’s like to be so passionate and dedicated to your work that it starts to burn you out. As an educator, professor and speaker, I experienced firsthand what the world calls an “unbalanced life” and yet, I just couldn’t put down my work.

I tried creating arbitrary rules for myself. I tried instilling boundaries to help create this elusive work-life balance. And yet it never seemed to work. I beat myself up for not being able to stop caring, for not being able to put down my work, for neglecting myself and other relationships in my life.

My work matters to me. Our work matters to the world.

Then I discovered the concept of alignment, and it revolutionized my relationship with myself, my work, and my life.

Alignment Revolutionized How I Understand Myself, My Work, and My Purpose

I believe that when we are able to understand our lives from a holistic perspective, we can create a beautiful and fluid mosaic that is our one glorious and beautiful life. Made up of different tiles: work, play, relationships, purpose, pets, nature, good food, and family, through the concept of alignment I was able to play with new possibilities for my life that went way beyond the overgeneralizations of work-life balance.

I believe it doesn't have to be so difficult.

I believe it's time to redefine, reimagine, and rediscover what it means to create a life where we can actually thrive. Where we can make meaningful contributions through our work in a way that is authentic, that feels good and that is sustainable.

I believe we can create a beautiful life for ourselves and contribute to a better future for the world.

Through my work as the Executive Director of the Cincinnati Montessori Secondary Teacher Education Program, I have helped individuals not only prepare for careers in Montessori education, but also reconnect and explore themselves, their leadership, and relationships.

It’s not uncommon for the graduates of this program to report that their parenting and relationships improve right along with their professional skills. The work that I do as a Keynote Speaker and Facilitator carries this same ethos of holistic human development to broader audiences.

With Alignment, you can…
